app-office/calligra: EAPI-8, drop IUSE openexr, missing RDEPEND
Fully switch to dev-libs/imath DEPEND.
Drop unused ENABLE_CSTESTER_TESTING cmake var, APP_CSTESTER not ON.
Silence cmake about Cauchy dependency (dead as can be).
