dev-java/gnu-classpath: EAPI bump, dependency clean up, doc fixes
* Apply slot operators where appropriate.
* Use the new split anltr-2.
* Remove dependency on gjdoc as this will be last-rited.
* Avoid cyclic gjdoc dependency by building it before docs.
* Actually install the docs.
