2.2_rc29 bump. This fixes bug #124041 (make overlay eclasses local via
layout.conf), bug #243220 (show removed packages in emerge.log), bug #261377 (new egencache tool for distribution of metadata cache), bug #262647 ("Argument list too long" errors during fetch, triggered by long SRC_URI), bug #263370 (avoid tabs in elog mail header folding), bug #264291 (tmpdir left by --fetchonly), bug #264435 ("Resource temporarily unavailable" error triggered by nonblocking stdio), bug #264494 (proactively call set +e after calling ebuild phases), bug #265034 (tolerate missing packages in emerge --resume mode), and bug #265111 (fix --resume argument overrides). Also, repoman supports metadata/layout.conf for overlays such as java-expermental that depend on other "master" overlays to satisfy dependencies. See the portage(5) man page for more information about the new metadata/layout.conf configuration file. Bug #210077 tracks all bugs fixed in the 2.2 branch.
