Create USE="lvm2create_initrd" and pull in sys-apps/makedev when required wrt #401933 by Scott Alfter. The correct path to the lvm command is /sbin instead of /usr/sbin wrt #479626 by Alexander Tsoy. Correct /run directory of dmeventd wrt #479632 by Alexander Tsoy.
