* sci-biology/muscle: add 5.1.0Eli Schwartz2024-03-201-0/+49
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Major new release, major new build system that is majorly broken. <3 scientific code. This package has not been updated since before the import of gentoo into git, so I shall simply assume this major version is safe. From the homepage, it is a "major rewrite", "based on new algorithms", which is "much more accurate, is often faster, and scales to much larger datasets". I think that's another way of saying "same old program but with fixes". Signed-off-by: Eli Schwartz <eschwartz93@gmail.com> Signed-off-by: Sam James <sam@gentoo.org>

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo: Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS. This commit is the start of the NEW history. Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point. Creation process: 1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot 2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files 3. Transform all Manifests to thin 4. Remove empty Manifests 5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$ 5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags. Signed-off-by: Robin H.
