Drop libressl patches (upstream).
Rebase configure for --enable-ssl.
Pull in asterisk config_site.h file.
Remove blocked on mediastreamer-bcg729 (bcg729 and mediastreamer-bcg729
are the actual blockers and marked as such already).
Use ${ED} instead of ${D} on install
Correctly rm static libs if USE=-static-libs
Set the PJMEDIA_HAS_VIDEO #define as per https://bugs.gentoo.org/652196
Update package.use.mask for ppc to mask g729 for pjproject since
net-libs/bcg729 isn't available (yet) on ppc.

See commit 989a661ac8ac ("profiles: Move unkeyworded dep masks to
arch/arm"). The same rationale applies.

The 13.0 profiles are deprecated since Feb 2019 (or earlier)
in favour of 17.0 profiles.

Add a new targets/desktop/gnome/systemd profile, which parents
targets/desktop/gnome and targets/systemd, like the specific gnome
systemd profiles did. Change all these specific user exposed
desktop/gnome/systemd profiles to go through that instead of directly
to targets/systemd. This will allow us to do package.use,
make.defaults (default USE flags) and other tweaks separate from the
main gnome profile, which is now also used for non-systemd (elogind).

Deleted ppc64 profiles not referenced from profiles.desc, namely:
default/linux/powerpc/ppc64/13.0/desktop
default/linux/powerpc/ppc64/13.0/desktop/gnome
default/linux/powerpc/ppc64/13.0/desktop/gnome/systemd
default/linux/powerpc/ppc64/13.0/developer
default/linux/powerpc/ppc64/17.0/desktop
default/linux/powerpc/ppc64/17.0/desktop/gnome
default/linux/powerpc/ppc64/17.0/desktop/gnome/systemd
default/linux/powerpc/ppc64/17.0/developer
Instead of above use known 'profiles.desc' profiles instead:

This avoids new little-endian builds from using SYMLINK_LIB, and
sets us up for dropping it with the next major profile release
for all ppc64 builds.

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo:
Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS.
This commit is the start of the NEW history.
Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point.
Creation process:
1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot
2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files
3. Transform all Manifests to thin
4. Remove empty Manifests
5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$
5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags.
