* dev-perl/Apache-SizeLimit: Block tests against mpm-itk re bug #607964Kent Fredric2017-02-021-2/+5
| | | | | | | | | | | | mpm-itk is pretty much impossible to run as anyone other than root due to its need to have permission to change UID to any other user on the system. Subsequently, anything that has to spawn apache for testing anything will be inherently broken by design. Bug: https://bugs.gentoo.org/607964 Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.3, Repoman-2.3.1

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo: Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS. This commit is the start of the NEW history. Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point. Creation process: 1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot 2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files 3. Transform all Manifests to thin 4. Remove empty Manifests 5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$ 5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags. Signed-off-by: Robin H.
