sys-block/open-iscsi: Fix handling of initiatorname.iscsi
We were deleting initiatorname.iscsi from /etc rather than /etc/iscsi, resulting in the value being baked into binary packages. The new Meson-based build now only generates it when not cross-compiling. We cannot generate it when cross-compiling either for the same reason. Signed-off-by: James Le Cuirot <chewi@gentoo.org>
