dev-lang/moarvm-2020.11: remove unused dev-lang/lua dependency
At least the more recent versions of MoarVM do *not* depend on Lua - neither the binary nor the shared library link against liblua.so, moarvm-2020.11 builds and installs fine on a system with no dev-lang/lua present, and having examined the source code Lua scripts only appear in two places: - in the test suite of 3rdparty/dyncall - irrelevant to use because our MoarVM ebuilds are test-restricted for unrelated reasons, and in any case that would be a *build-time* rather than a *run-time* dependency; - in 3rdparty/dynasm - which however are only used at build time to generate C code for the JIT compiler, and even then the build scripts use the bundled minilua (a stripped-down Lua5.1 implementation used to bootstrap LuaJIT, of which DynASM is a part) rather than any system Lua interpreter.
