My precious configure variables. They tricksed pulseaudio into building
the systemd module against elogind.
elogind support gives each logind session their very own PA client.
Clients for everyone, yay!

Upstream produces patches, which work much better than
file-collision-inducing separate packages.

sound project has in practice never maintained pulseaudio, it
just got added as such by flameeyes long time ago, and besides
him, no-one has been properly involved in it besides gnome@
project.
Adjust maintainer list to match reality, especially with sound@
being currently rather free-for-all with its members giving
carte blanche to changes of its packages without reviewing -
pulseaudio deserves more and it has a primary team already. Thus
the changes, to avoid issues and bad blood from a secondary team
giving carte blanche permissions for everything while the primary
team does not want that.

Force unified quoting in all metadata.xml files since lxml does not
preserve original use of single and double quotes. Ensuring unified
quoting before the process allows distinguishing the GLEP 67-related
metadata.xml changes from unrelated quoting changes.

This commit represents a new era for Gentoo:
Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS.
This commit is the start of the NEW history.
Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point.
Creation process:
1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot
2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files
3. Transform all Manifests to thin
4. Remove empty Manifests
5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$
5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags.
