This seems to have been there since not long after the pkg. got added, back
to 2006, when it got added in 'Fix modular-x deps.'
Fedora package suite3270 but don't mention rman in their packaging, nor do they
have rman packaged.
I don't see any references in the ebuild or the source tree to rman and it builds/installs
fine without it, with the same installed files, so I'm pretty sure this is obsolete.
Noticed because rman has some modern C issues.

Unfortunately, libxml2 fixes missed the release and thus we need
to carry them over. But the libsoup3 meson option was merged [1]
so we can drop that patch.

As of its 2.12.0 release, libxml2 cleaned up header files which
rendered libosinfo unable to compile. Backport the fix from
upstream repo.

Initially hit a test failure w/ -fno-semantic-interposition and hadn't yet
had a chance to dig in more, but it looks like it's really an aliasing issue
exposed by it (dbus-broker doesn't rely on LD_PRELOAD at all).
So, follow up to ac0bc46eaa27105ea7ca3d854ecaeaa3b99e9880, filter-lto and pass
-fno-strict-aliasing with a new revision as this may well break in other cases
even w/o -fno-semantic-interposition.
